Calc 2 is all about integrals. Different methods of integration take up the first half then applications of these methods in arc lengths, volume, surface areas, polar coordinates and sequences and series take up the last half.
Wish I'd Known
From the very beginning, start taking your own notes from the textbook. Don't wait and let it accumulate. Figure out what you don't understand and ask the prof to solve a question or two in class.

Basically, integration and its applications, polar coordinates, parameters...
Wish I'd Known
To keep up with all the material as we're going along and to make my own notes from the text book. Do the practice quizzes from the end of the Prof's notes document.
Do practice webwork before the actual assignment, it has similar questions with different values, so you have unlimited tries to figure out how to solve it and apply it to the real one.
Brown
Doesn't cover all the material in class, always refers to his notes online so he doesn't finish examples. Doesn't tell students what is on the quizzes.

Wish I'd Known
Go the tutorials, they really help and many problems done in tutorial will be on the midterms and finals. Plus tutorials are an easy way to see examples of what was done in class put to use, given your own studying and practice is still required to fully understand concepts.
Seating
Sit in the front of the class in order to see better seeing as seating is pretty far back
